Keep the conditions with the claim

A sentence can be accurate on its own and still leave the visitor with the wrong expectation.

Read the question the visitor is asking

“We offer same-day repairs” sounds straightforward. A visitor may read it as a promise that someone can come today, to their postcode, for their particular job.

If the business actually confirms each booking, the qualification belongs beside the claim. Keeping it on another page makes the reader do the work of finding out what the first sentence meant.

Fictional example, for illustration. This is not the policy of a real business.

We offer repairs in Northbridge and Westfield. Same-day visits depend on the job and available slots. Send your postcode and a short description so the team can confirm the booking.

That wording gives the visitor something concrete to do. It also keeps a confirmed service area separate from availability that still needs a person.

A review has a different job

A customer saying “They fixed it that afternoon” describes their visit. It is useful experience to show, with its original attribution. It does not establish the business’s current availability or a guarantee for the next customer.

I would keep the review, the service policy and the booking route visible as distinct sources. The same distinction matters when those pages become source material for a website chatbot.

Experience
An attributed customer review
Policy
The business’s current service and booking information
Availability
A confirmation from the team handling the request

Check the next step

Open the contact route yourself. Check who receives the question and what information they need. If the page asks for a postcode and a description, the receiving team should be able to use both.

When a chatbot cannot confirm something from its sources, I would make that limit clear and give the visitor the appropriate route to a person. A confident answer is no help if it promises a booking nobody has confirmed.

The website tools on the shelf cover displaying existing reviews and working with a chatbot. The content check comes first: which source supports this answer, and what conditions need to stay beside it?
